Go to http://www.gnmidi.com.  They have a program called GNKnow that may do the
trick for ya!

Thanks. I have something even better, called GNKnow. It reads all
files into a database, and then compares new files to the database on
the binary level. Identical files are then deleted. It's on the site
of Guenter Nagler, who does many nifty MIDI utilities:
