GNMIDI was designed to handle 100% compatible standard MIDI files. So I give no guarantees of the results, especially with non 100% compatible MIDI files. If you find a MIDI file that you think to be 100% compatible MIDI that is not correctly converted, please send a sample file to info@gnmidi.com
Use GNMIDI at your own risk. Anything you do with GNMIDI is your responsibility, and not the author's. Any damage caused to any person, computer, software, hardware, company, or business by running GNMIDI is your responsibility, and the author will not be liable.
Work only with backuped copies of your original files so that none of your changes using GNMIDI software can affect your original data files.
If you don't understand these terms, or are not sure of something, or are afraid something bad might come of using GNMIDI, don't use it! You are here forewarned.
Use GNMIDI only for legal purposes. Respect the copyright rules of music composers and MIDI file developers.
You may test each demo version 14 days for no costs. The demo is not for working, the purpose is to find out if you like the software before purchasing a registration and if the program does exactly what you need.
After receiving error reports author will do the necessary tests and if error is reproducible and a program fault then will correct it till next program version. Author decides self between error and features and only includes new features that he thinks to be useful. For most situations it is necessary to include MIDI file examples (original files), because usually problems are MIDI content dependent and not reproducible with other files.
The demo behaves identical to full version, with exception of uncomfortable warnings. The demo shows you all features of full version and it would be
silly of you to take any risk of software piracy, only to compare demo with full version and find no differences. If you have questions to differences
between full version and demo at certain points, then simply ask the author.
You may cancel your order within 14 days for certain reasons (wrong ordered product, product not satisfying, license problems). After that period an order can not be cancelled and payment will not be returned.
Please use the possibility to try the software demo before ordering.
Llicense purchases may be denied by author or vendors (e.g. fraud detection, earlier chargeback, incomplete or wrong filled order form).
It is not possible to sell a license to other persons (only the users who's name are mentioned in the license file have permission to use the license file). A license to GNMIDI is not a material thing, it is the permission to use this software.
Support can be given by email (please attach example file if your problem occurs with certain midi file). There is no phone support.
