dialog_move_songtext_and_chords
[in menu modify/Text operations]

This operation modifies current MIDI file or text file or teleprompt file time stamps.

Milliseconds
Enter a number of milliseconds into the dialog box to move lyric (or chord) time by this distance.  
Enter a negative milliseconds number to move the time stamps in other direction.  

Hint: times would become 0:00 if moving by a negative value (e.g. timestamp 01:30.00 moving by -100000 milliseconds would result in time 0:00.00).

Hint: some lyric formats do not use milliseconds as smallest unit. LRC uses 1/100 second. Lyrics3 format uses only seconds. So for them moving by few milliseconds might not change the song times.
